RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Furkan Sakızlı, Langbürgenerstr. 13 a, 81549 München, Germany; furkan@sakizli.ai; +49 159 0194 3868) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

3. Early Expiry for Digital Services

The membership is a digital service, available immediately after purchase. Your right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance, if you have expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

5. Consumer and Contract Information

• Service: digital membership (access to members-only content).
• Prices: €10/month or €100/year, incl. statutory VAT.
• Conclusion of contract: by completing the checkout (Stripe). Contract language: German (EN/TR also available).
• Term/cancellation: the subscription renews automatically; cancellable to the end of the term via Account → "Manage subscription".
• Payment provider: Stripe.

6. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
