From Concept to Project Plan

A plan is not an expanded idea. It translates concept assumptions into priorities, tests, gates, and an executable sequence.

Concept ≠ Plan

The concept keeps possibilities open; the plan decides what is implemented, tested, or explicitly excluded now.

Baseline

Objective, scope, non-scope, and critical assumptions create a stable starting point.

Slice

The riskiest assumption is tested early through a small but complete end-to-end slice.

Flow

Work is ordered by learning dependencies rather than calendar logic alone.

Iteration

The first plan is a hypothesis. Sources, methods, and evidence reshape the next planning wave.

Can your project plan explain which assumption is tested first — and what happens if it fails?
