Collective experience as method mapping

One project produces experience. Many comparable projects produce method knowledge: recurring patterns, useful variants and a standard that can learn from every new project.

From individual case to learning standard

The KIPROM workflow consolidates individual project and implementation plans into a shared method map and then challenges it against a research pool. Experience becomes comparable, correctable and reusable rather than merely archived.

01 · CASESBring project plans onto shared comparison fields without erasing context-specific differences.
02 · PATTERNSExpose recurrence, variants, gaps and useful controls, then challenge them with external knowledge.
03 · STANDARDTest method modules in the next project and improve them again with new evidence.
CORE METHOD

The method-mapping cycle

Cases → normalise → patterns & variants → research challenge → method modules → field test → feedback. The standard is a learning loop, not a finished state.

WORKSHEET

Compare three to five projects using the same fields. Write three method modules and test which component a new project really needs—and which one you deliberately leave out.
